Settlement Cycles

Settlement marks the time when premium and payoff transactions occur between the Long and Short OPerps pools at the end of each cycle.

Settlement happens every hour on available tokens right now.

It's important to know that while a settlement occurs at the end of each cycle, the invested amount remains active. In order to exit the position, traders need to place sell orders before the end of cycle to reclaim their investments. Not doing so can result in potential losses if the asset's price goes down in the next cycle.
